Terms and Conditions

Starter Monthly Easy Payment Plan Agreement Terms and Conditions

  1. Classic Web Solutions (CWS) reserves the right to display all client artwork in our gallery.
  2. The client must have a credit card that is valid for the next 12 months.
  3. 12 monthly payments of $40 will be processed and charged to the client’s credit card at the end of every Month.
  4. The client is obligated to ensure that they have sufficient funds available on their credit card when the monthly payment is due. If the transaction cannot be processed, client will be notified and a $33 processing fee will be added.
  5. CWS has the right to put the website down if payments are not processed.
  6. The client may cancel their Classic Web Solutions Easy Payment Plan at anytime by paying out all payments owning for the length of the contract.
  7. The client may cancel their Classic Web Solutions Easy Payment Plan after the 12 months contract by giving CWS 1 month notification.
  8. Fee quoted includes finished quoted product. Any changes necessitated by client revisions and/or additions following approvals at each stage, (other than the designer’s error), are billed additionally at $38.50 per hour.
  9. The client is liable to pay all costs involved to reclaim outstanding as outlined by the government legislations until full and final payment has been met. Should it be necessary to on-forward the outstanding account(s) to a debt collection agency, a 20% surcharge of the outstanding balance may incur.
  10. All fees and costs are estimated. Changes in scope of work and/or project specifications require a revision of the information provided on quote.
  11. The information contained in this quote is valid for thirty days. Quote approved by the client are binding upon Classic Web Solutions and client commencing on the date of the client’s approval.
  12. The client will be responsible for the content of their web pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any projects they include and ensuring that the content of these pages do not violate Australian and International Law. The client is also responsible for all texts, images and logos contained in their site.
  13. CWS cannot be held responsible for actions arising from its use, especially on the contents, images or any externally linked pages.
  14. CWS may change/add/delete keywords to optimize.
  15. CWS has the right to change or update the agreement with/without prior notice to the client.
